Malik Fuller learns how to spot counterfeit currency at a student teller training session at the $159 million, 21,000-member NuMark Credit Union in Joliet, Ill. He was one of four outstanding students from Laraway Elementary School chosen to learn about a real-world job as part of the state-sponsored Bank at School program.

The half-day training session included learning the importance of account confidentiality, how to count money, find account numbers, fill out deposit slips and make deposits into students' accounts.

"It has been our pleasure to partner with Laraway Elementary School for the past 11 years," says Marketing Director Kari Endres. "Our mission is to help the students learn the importance of setting a goal and saving their money."
