Adding more value to membership, Workers' Credit Union hasteamed with PlanPrescribers Inc. to help seniors and theircaregivers determine which Medicare Advantage insurance plan willbe the right fit through Ehealth.

The interactive comparison/education tool is offered to membersfree on the Fitchburg, Mass.-based credit union's website. According to Doug Petersen,president/CEO of the $800 million credit union, users simply type in basic information, includingthe prescription drugs they are taking, and the comparison programwill match them to different plan options. He added that the timingcouldn't be better since the Medicare open enrollment period runsthrough Dec. 7.
