In an effort to strengthen its growth strategies, CUNA MutualGroup said it has added to its senior leadership team.

Kenn Lalonde joins the Madison, Wis.-based company as executivevice president overseeing CUNA Mutual's diversification and wealthaccumulation businesses including 401k, CUNA Brokerage ServicesInc. and ProAg and CPI Qualified Plan Consultants Inc.

He will also become one of five members of the company's seniorexecutive team, CUNA Mutual said.

Lalonde is rejoining the company after having served aspresident/CEO of CUMIS Group Ltd., a former Canadian subsidiary of CUNA Mutual, the company said. The division provided productsand services to credit unions and members in Canada.

Susan Sachatello will lead CUNA Mutual's consumer strategy assenior vice president of the direct-to-consumer business, one ofthe company's strategic priorities, according to CUNA Mutual.

She previously served as chief marketing officer for Lands' Endin Dodgeville, Wis., and held marketing leadership roles at LimitedBrands, including responsibilities with Victoria's Secret, Bath& Body Works, Express and Limited stores.
