Online Resources Corp. of Chantilly, Va., said it has signed the$2 billion Northwest Federal Credit Union in Herndon, Va., to amulti-year agreement for online banking and bill pay solutions.

The 105,000-member Northwest FCU will use the Architect retailbanking solution, which includes personal financial management,small business banking, one-to-one marketing and social mediaintegration, the company said.

The credit union will be able to administer and configure theend-user experience using a client toolbox, Online Resources said.Northwest FCU also chose a hosted bill payment solution thatincludes e-bills and expedited payments for same-day posting.

“Our goal is to provide our members with an exceptional bankingexperience at every interaction,” said Gerrianne D. Burks,president and chief executive officer for Northwest Federal CreditUnion. “Through the enhancement of our online channel, we can offerour members customized, advanced online banking and bill paymentcapabilities.”

The conversion is expected to take place next year, the companyand credit union said.  Online Resources said it now provides online banking and billpay services to more than 450 credit unions.
