NCUA Releases Agenda for Monday Meeting

Corporate rescue assessment on the list.

The NCUA Board has released the agenda for its meeting this coming Monday, Aug. 29, at 1 p.m. at its offices in Alexandria, Va.

Items include proposed changes to Part 704 of NCUA's Rules and Regulations governing corporate credit unions, guaranteed notes maintenance and the Temporary Corporate Credit Union Stabilization Fund assessment.

A closed session at 2 p.m. will include consideration of a merger request “pursuant to Part 708b of NCUA's Rules and Regulations,” the agency said.
