The big guns at Members Credit Union didn’t mind getting their powder wet for a good cause. The $230 million CU held a “Dunk the Boss” fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at Members CU headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C., and raised $1,292 while having a good time on a summer day. This is the fifth year that Members CU has raised money for JDRF in the Triad, hitting a total so far of $37,000.

Donna Henry, business development director, gladly takes $10 from member services rep Renae Jones so she can ensure her boss gets dunked instead of taking a chance at an errant toss.
