The U.S. Small Business Administration is among the entities involved in a new, not-yet-announced program.

Releasing few details pending tomorrow's announcement, the SBA said Michigan businesses will be the first in the country to be able to take advantage of "a new type of regionally targeted impact investment program as a result of a new public-private partnership."

The official announcement will come from Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, SBA Administrator Karen Mills and Andrew Liveris, chairman/CEO of the Dow Chemical Co. in Midland, Mich.
