There's new leadership at TAPCO Credit Union.

Carlyn Roy, former executive vice president/COO at the $688million OSU Federal Credit Union in Corvallis, Ore., has beentapped as the $260 million Tacoma, Wash., credit union's newCEO.

Roy has more than 25 years of credit union experience and wasvice president of lending services at the Oregon Credit UnionLeague prior to her time at OSU FCU.

While at the league, Roy developed andled one of the first credit union lending call centers in thecountry and the Oregon branch of a national mortgage corporationservicing credit unions.

In addition to serving on many local community boards, she hasbeen active in the credit union industry with positions rangingfrom consultant and conference speaker, to contributing editor forCUNA publications. Royis a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and Western CUNAManagement School.
