The $344 million Global Credit Union of Spokane, Wash., has deployed the Teller Management System from Financial Management Solutions Inc. at its 13 branches, the credit union and company said.
The TMS software provides reporting and scheduling information used to make staffing decisions that maximize the efficient use of teller time, the company said.
"Before making any changes to our front-line staffing approach, we needed a teller reporting and scheduling solution that would allow us to maintain our world-class member service and improve our productivity," said the 49,000-member credit union's vice president of operations, Yvonne Holland.
