Former Premier Members Federal Credit Union President/CEO Rhett B. Rowe has been barred by the NCUA from participating in the affairs of any federally ensured financial institution and ordered to repay $9,306 to the Boulder, Colo., credit union.

Rowe resigned from the top position at $326 million Premier Members FCU in March 2010, having served in that post since October 2008.

Before joining the credit union, he was president/CEO of the First National Bank of Denver.
