Homeowners who agree to turn their residences into essentially billboards for a product or service may have their mortgage paid for every month the house hosts the advertisement.

The Orange, Calif., advertising firm Adzookie Inc. has invited homeowners to submit their homes for the deal, warning them that if they agree, the company will "paint the entire outside of the house, minus the roof, the windows and any awnings." Painting will take three to five days and the paint must stay up for at least three months and can remain for up to a year. Adzookie said it will repaint the house when the advertising term is complete.

"If you're prepared for the bright colors and stares from neighbors just complete the submission form below," the company urged on its website. "We review every submission. If your home meets our criteria, an Adzookie team member will contact you."
