Members of credit unions that are members of the Allpoint Network will now have access to surcharge-free ATMs while traveling in Mexico.

The network, which is owned by Cardtronix, announced it has added 2,500 ATMs in Mexico, said Ben Psillas, president company based in Bethesda, Md. Cardtronics Mexico, which is partly owned by Allpoint’s parent company Cardtronics Inc. and several Mexican banks, has joined Allpoint, Psillas said. Cardtronics Mexico’s ATMs are deployed in the country’s leading retail stores, including OXXO.
