According to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, about 26 credit unions have written individual comments to its proposed cap on debit card interchange.

By comparison, more than 2,124 credit unions sent the Federal Reserve form letters about the issue, with the Fed staff providing samples of the six form letters they have identified so far. All six came from credit union groups.
