Pennsylvania Gov.-elect Tom Corbett has selected Richard Stipa, CEO of TruMark Financial Credit Union, to serve on his transition team.

Stipa is part of a 400-member team that will examine every Pennsylvania state department and help Corbett formulate policy and choose key personnel, according to Corbett's office. The team will comprise 17 sub-teams that will make recommendations and send a final report in January.

Stipa is the only credit union representative on the 16-member banking team. James Biery, president/CEO of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, is chairman of the team.
