Entry Requirements

• In 1,500 words or less, please describe why you or the credit union should be considered for this award? Attach any collateral material (marketing campaigns, PAC material, etc.) that enhances your position?
• Present any statistical information (limited to one page) that illustrates your/or the credit union's position.
• Present a total of three testimonials from co-workers, members, industry leaders, etc. on why you or the credit union should be considered for this award?
• E-mail an electronic color picture to [email protected]. Picture must be 300 DPI or more. For credit union institution entries, submit color logo, and individual pictures of CEO and chairman.

Remember, entries must be received no later than January 22, 2010.
