Supplementing your entry, in 1,500 words or less, please describe why you or the credit union should be considered for this award. Include any collateral material (marketing campaigns, PAC material, etc.) that enhances your position. Present any statistical information (limited to one page) that illustrates your/or the credit union's position. Provide a total of three testimonials from co-workers, members, industry leaders, etc. on why you or the credit union should be considered for this award. Include a high-resolution, digital color picture of the nominee, or for credit union institution entries, submit color logo, and individual pictures of the CEO and chairman.
