NCUA has issued banning orders against two former credit union officers convicted of theft.

The agency banned Eugene Miley, formerly affiliated with Moonlight Credit Union, Worthington, Penn., Stanwood Area Federal Credit Union, New Stanton, Penn., and Vantage Trust Federal Credit Union, Wilkes-Barre, Penn., after he was was convicted of theft. Miley was sentenced to 58-148 months imprisonment, 300 hours of community services and ordered to pay $2,080,000 in restitution.

The agency also banned Ira C. Rudin, a former employee of Central Credit Union, Rego Park, N.Y., after he was was convicted of embezzlement. Rudin was sentenced to 21 months imprisonment, 3 years supervised release, and ordered to pay $175,000 in restitution.
