eDOC Innovations traveled across the country to host a users group meeting in Middlebury, Vt., and said it has signed a 52nd credit union as a user of its branch capture and electronic image forward collection processing system.
The Midway, Utah, firm said 25 people from eight credit unions, a corporate and a CUSO attended the recent Vermont meeting, traveling from locations that included South Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Maine and Massachusetts.
Best practices and strategies for electronic document and Check 21 functions were the topic, as was the future of the corporate network and opportunities with eDOC and its affiliates in the cuasterisk.com network.
