Lending Solutions Inc. said it has signed 30 credit unions so far this year as new users of its lending and member service contact center.

The Elgin, Ill., company said those CUs include the $280 million EducationFirst FCU in Beaumont, Texas; $608 million Farmers Insurance Group FCU in Los Angeles; $85 million HarborLight CU in Whitehall, Mich.; $212 million Our Community FCU in Shelton, Wash.; $106 million Premier Community CU in Stockton, Calif.; $33 million Steel Valley FCU in Cleveland, Ohio; $174 million TEG FCU in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; $171 million Tremont CU in Braintree, Mass., and $121 million West Community CU in O'Fallon, Mo.

Most of the new customers are using LSI's flagship loan-by-phone and online lending services, including its WebReach program, in which LSI staff proactively contact members who have applied online, which the company said substantially increases funding ratios and cross-sell income in online lending.

Five of the new customers are using LSI's 24/7 member service solution, while another six are utilizing LSI's collections outsourcing.

LSI said it currently serves more than 300 financial institutions across the country.
