Elevations Credit Union was one of two Colorado organizations to win this year's award for organizational performance presented by a statewide group as part of the effort to win a national honor.
The $926 million Boulder credit union is a winner of the 2010 Timberline Performance Excellence Award from Colorado Performance Excellence, a statewide nonprofit that judges companies that are on the road to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
"Timberline Awards are presented only to those applicants that demonstrate systematic and mature approaches, effective deployment, process learning, and process integration in their response to the criteria questions," said the CPEx examiners who assessed the 84,000-member credit union.
