Red River Credit Union has the distinction of being the onlycredit union selected as one of The Principal's “10 Best Companiesfor Employee Financial Security.”

The Texarkana, Texas-based credit union was recognized for itsretirement benefits and broad wellness program, which includeshealth risk assessments, preventive screenings, health coaching andwellness incentives. In addition, the credit union offers its 200staffers one-on-one meetings with a financial adviser and extendsfull-time benefits to employees that work at least 30 hours perweek.

Red River CU was also singled out for the 100% participation inits 401(k) plan. The credit union matched 100% up to 5% plus 50% onthe next 5%. Red River CU also added another 3% for profitsharing.
