The $1.8 billion CommunityAmerica Credit Union has chosen PSCU Financial Services to process its credit card, signature debit card, PIN debit card and ATM transactions, the payments CUSO has announced.
The move will bring more than 140,000 debit cards and 35,000 credit cards and 40 ATMs to the processor. PSCU also announced that the CU would begin using the processor's Total Member Care service.
"We will work closely with CommunityAmerica Credit Union's staff to redesign and enhance their credit and debit portfolios, while simultaneously boosting member service. We expect additional growth to be driven by our Total Member Care member support team," said Mike Yatros, interim CEO with PSCU Financial Services. "These professionals can effectively address member questions on the first call. When members are able to resolve inquiries quickly at any time of the day or night, they become more loyal to their credit union and tend to purchase additional services."
