Credit unions seeking the latest compliance updates have another resource through "The Works," a blog created by an Iowa Credit Union League subsidiary.
|PolicyWorks LLC, a provider of regulatory compliance solutions and government and public affairs consulting, said the new blog will address such areas as marketing compliance, the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation E credit card and overdraft rules.
|Members of PolicyWorks' compliance team will be regulator contributors to The Works, according to Justin Hupfer, CEO of the Des Moines, Iowa-based subsidiary. Since its debut, blog entries on lending, deposit accounts, operations, advertising and industry issues have been written.
