The Credit Union Association of Oklahoma announced that its President/CEO Debra J. Ingram has left the association.

Ingram, an attorney who has been with the league since 2006 and its CEO since 2008, becomes the second league manager to leave with short notice in four months.

In May John Dill, president/CEO of the Credit Union Association of Colorado/Wyoming also departed under circumstances not fully explained.

A brief e-mail circulated late last week by the chairman of the Oklahoma group, Steve Rasmussen, who also is president/CEO of the $410 million FAA FCU of Oklahoma City, said simply that Ingram "is no longer with the association" and that Gary Jones, a league staffer, was serving as interim manager.

"Rest assured all other staff are in place to continue to address your association needs," wrote Rasmussen.

Ingram had been instrumental in guiding the group's relocation last year from Tulsa to Oklahoma City and the opening of a showcase Credit Union House on new CUAO premises within blocks of the state capitol building.

At the same time, the Oklahoma trade group in 2009 outsourced a large number of its functions to the Texas Credit Union League under a one year contract which was not renewed in 2010.
