United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union, Tinton Falls, N.J., named Leon Maganza as outside mortgage team leader. Maganza has nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including time spent at Mortgage Access and Countrywide Home Loans, where he served as branch manager for 13 years.

HarborOne Credit Union, Brockton, Mass. announced the naming of Ed Bruce to senior infrastructure officer. Bruce has over 15 years experience in information technology. Sherrie Vallie was also named eBanking officer. She joined the credit union in 1984 and has served in several roles including teller, teller supervisor, customer service representative, assistant manager and ATM department manager. The credit union also announced the promotions of James Carden to vice president/collections officer and Brian Gilpatric to assistant vice president/secondary market officer. Carden previously served as assistant vice president/collections officer. He has over 21 years of banking experience. Gilpatric previously served as loan production officer and has over 14 years of banking experience.
