Tony Richards, the former CEO of the Mid-America Credit Union Association in North Dakota, has joined a Tennessee publishing house to collaborate on writing a self-help book on business goals.

Richards left the Association in September of 2009.

Thompson previously served as lead lawyer for both the Minnesota Credit Union Association and the New Jersey Credit Union League.

In the Insight announcement, Richards, author of two workbooks on business planning and "The Entrepreneur's Guide to Servant Leadership," write on business goal setting.
