The African American Credit Union Coalition's Eastern regional chapter is looking to its June 26 meeting to build a network of CU professionals in 13 states and the District of Columbia.
According to the AACUC, the chapter also wants to provide financial literacy and outreach opportunities throughout their respective communities. The chapter comprises the following states: Maryland, Virginia, Washington, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
The regional meeting will take place June 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Municipal Employees Credit Union in Baltimore. More details can be found at www.aacuc.org. The AACUC's annual conference is set for Aug. 4-7 at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.
