The African American Credit Union Coalition's Eastern regionalchapter is looking to its June 26 meeting to build a network of CUprofessionals in 13 states and the District of Columbia.

According to the AACUC, the chapter also wants to providefinancial literacy and outreach opportunities throughout theirrespective communities. The chapter comprises the following states:Maryland, Virginia, Washington, Delaware, West Virginia,Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut,Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

The regional meeting will take place June 26 from 10:00 a.m. to3:00 p.m. at the Municipal Employees Credit Union in Baltimore.More details can be found at www.aacuc.org. The AACUC's annualconference is set for Aug. 4-7 at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis atthe Arch.
