Tower Federal Credit Union has made it even easier for staffers to make time for exercise.
The Laurel, Md.-based credit union has unveiled its new on-site fitness facility available to all staffers. The new fitness facility is equipped with an elliptical machine, treadmill, two stationary bikes, large flat-screen TV, yoga mats, fitness balls and free weights.
The facility is just the latest addition to Tower FCU's Wealth of Wellness program designed to promote and reward healthy lifestyles.
