Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union is gearing up for Earth Day April 22 by inviting locals to go green.

Consumers can stop by any PEFCU branch lobby from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. to learn about earth-friendly online and mobile banking services. Anyone who signs up for paperless statements or online bill pay will get a free gift.

In addition, the West Lafayette, Ind.-based credit union will host a community Shred-it day at its Union Street Branch to help members and nonmembers alike with their spring cleaning.
