Meriwest Credit Union has found a way to make new members feel at home with and e-welcome. The San Jose, Calif.-based credit union has developed a new member on-boarding program to help build awareness of its latest products and services. The first week’s e-mail invites new members to link to the Meriwest Website for a more in-depth review of the credit union and provide further information on the services available to them. Over the first few weeks, e-mails highlighting electronic services, such as online banking, bill pay and direct deposit, as well as core products that members may not have previously selected are sent.
