North Carolina credit unions and small business owners will be among the participants at a job creation roundtable tomorrow hosted by Sen. Kay Hagan (D-N.C.).

Representatives from several North Carolina CUs will participate including Truliant Federal Credit Union, Local Government Federal Credit Union and the North Carolina Credit Union League. Local small business owners including a new restaurant and a home construction firm, among others, will also lend their perspective to the discussion

Hagan has been supportive of efforts to boost CUs' ability to lend responsibly to small businesses and will hear from attendees about what she can do in Washington to help, according to Truliant.
