A group of 50 credit union CEOs from around the country came together recently for the fifth-annual CEO Strategies Week held by technology provider CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based CUSO said.
The peer-to-peer learning environment and roundtable discussions resulted in several new initiatives, the company said, including the creation of a new CEO site, plans for business incubator sessions, recommendations on how to hire and share talent, and writing a plan for CU*Answers to pay credit unions to grow.
The November session was a follow up to the CUSO's annual leadership conference that drew about 195 participants earlier this year. CU*Answers serves more than 185 credit unions.
