To help credit unions remarket their repossessed assets, auto lending CUSO CUDL and GE Capital Fleet Services have inked a deal to make it happen.
Through the Remarketing by GE program, credit unions can streamline their asset recoveries, improve returns at car auctions and manage repossessed cars, the company said. According to GE Capital, the program sells more than 130,000 used cars each year in the U.S. and Canada.
In 2008, GE Capital expanded its remarketing program to credit unions, banks and finance companies.
