iPay Technologies of Elizabethown, Ky., plans to use CashEdge's aggregation technology to offer electronic billing service to the more than 3,600 financial institutions using iPay's bill pay solutions.

The service will be powered by CashEdge's AllData Aggregation Service and other proprietary sources and will include more than 3,600 billers, including major credit card companies and utilities, iPay said.

Beta testing will be done this quarter and a rollout through the first six months of 2010, iPay said.

"Bill presentment and payment is another service that helps financial institutions attract, retain and grow their most profitable customers," said Bill Ready, president of iPay Technologies, which says it now serves more than half the credit unions in the country that use bill pay software.
