If baseball legend Yogi Berra were following the NCUA, he might say it's "d?j? vu all over again."

Steve Bosack, who was NCUA Chairman Debbie Matz's policy adviser when she was a board member from 2002-2005, is back at the agency as her chief of staff. He worked on Matz's initiatives such as helping small credit unions, expanding outreach to the underserved, and helping credit unions develop and share best practices.

He has extensive experience in the credit union movement. Since September 2005, Bosack was deputy director at the National Credit Union Foundation. Before joining the NCUA for the first time, he held a variety of positions at CUNA, including serving as vice president of public affairs for 10 years.
