EAST Navigant Credit Union, Smithfield. R.I., announced the hiring of three new employees. Kathleen Orovitz was hired as senior vice president retail banking. Orovitz was most recently vice president, retail sales and incentives at Sovereign Bank. Kenneth Senus was hired as senior vice president information technology. Senus was most recently senior vice president and director of IT and operations for Bank Rhode Island. Karen Balch was hired as branch manager for the Greenville branch. Balch most recently worked at Citizens Bank.

TruMark Financial Credit Union, Trevose, Pa., announced the promotion of Bernard Fisher to vice president, mortgage originations. Previous, Fisher was senior mortgage underwriter and broker loan officer. Fisher has 25 years of experience in the residential lending industry ranging from loan origination through closing, including retail and wholesale lending.
