Albert Gonzalez, the accused master hacker behind many of the largest computer card security breaches since 2007 will plead guilty to hacking charges in New York and Massachusetts, according a to a declaration filed on August 28.

Gonzalez, 28, will agree to spend between 15 and 25 years in prison for the hacking attacks on the Dave & Buster's restaurant chain, TJX, BJ's Wholesale Club and others. The agreement does not address charges Gonzalez faces in New Jersey around the hacking attack on Heartland Payments Systems that some have said was the biggest card security breach in history.

In addition to jail time, Gonzalez agreed to forfeit various possessions, millions of dollars in cash, a car and computers.
