U.S. Central Federal Credit Union's audited 2008 financial statements will be released next week.
The statement was posted yesterday on Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union's "Member Owner's Update" blog (secorpblog.blogspot.com), and U.S. Central spokesman Austin Braithwaite confirmed the report.
The top-tier corporate originally estimated the figures would be available in May, and missed another release date in July. The delay has caused most retail corporates to postpone the release their own 2008 audited financial reports. Those with significant U.S. Central exposure and investment losses have delayed applying those losses to member capital, citing a lack of finalized U.S. Central numbers.
