Rudy Pereira, senior vice president of operations and technology for $6.3 billion Alliant Credit Union in Chicago, will serve another term as chair of the CUNA Technology Council.

Jackie Buchanan, chief information officer for $1.3 billion Genisys CU in Auburn Hills, Mich., was appointed the group's vice chair at its 14th Annual Summit held last week in San Francisco.

Buchanan also was re-elected to the executive committee, along with Brenda Caillouet, vice president of information technology for $1.2 billion Spokane Teachers CU in Spokane, Wash.

Two new members also were elected to three-year terms: Jennifer Weiss, vice president of technology services at $1.3 billion Sandia Area Laboratory FCU in Albuquerque, N.M., and Jeff Johnson, senior vice president of information technology at $1.4 billion Baxter CU in Vernon Hills, Ill.

Meanwhile, Heather Moshier, executive vice president of information technology at $4.7 billion San Diego County CU, was appointed to an open seat on the executive committee.

The CUNA Technology Council was founded in 1995 and now has a membership of more than 500 credit union technology professionals.
