Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, Broomall, Pa., announced that Marc Ernest has assumed the role of vice president for the Chester County area. In this position, Ernest will oversee operations at the credit union's Market Street and Chadds Ford branches. He will also be responsible for business development in Chester County. He has more than eight years of experience in finance and sales.
HarborOne Credit Union, Brockton, Mass., has named Robert Badore Jr. branch officer of the Montello office. Badore has more than eight years of banking experience, having previously held the position of assistant vice president, branch manager at Citizens Bank in Plymouth, Mass.
Badore is attending the University of Phoenix, where he is studying business.

Randall, vice president of lending and marketing, was recently selected to join 21 other credit union executives on the Filene Research Institute's i3 program. She will serve a two-year term in the group, which fosters the development of new ideas and innovations for credit unions. DATCU, Denton, Texas, announced that Decatur Branch Manager Terry Everett has completed her 25th year at the credit union. Everett's branch celebrated her accomplishment with a surprise party and refreshments for employees and members throughout the day.
Insight Financial Credit Union, Orlando, Fla., announced that Kristy Moist, chief communications officer, was recognized as one of central Florida's 40 under 40 by The Orlando Business Journal. The annual competition spotlights 40 of the region's top young business and civic leaders who show consistent, outstanding professional achievement and a commitment to community service. Moist joined Insight Financial Credit Union in 2001 and currently oversees all marketing and business development activities. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the internal and external corporate communication strategies in order to raise consumer awareness and increase market share.
1st Advantage Federal Credit Union, Yorktown, Va., announced Preston Ivey as the new Advantage Financial investment representative. Ivey has worked in a financial advisory position for the past 12 years. He comes to 1st Advantage from Wachovia, where he served as a financial specialist.
MIDWEST
Summit Credit Union, Madison, Wis., recognized Executive Vice President Diane Halvorson for her 35 years with the credit union. Halvorson joined Summit in 1974 as a teller at the credit union's Hill Farms branch. During her tenure, she has worked in and led every area of the credit union. In 2008, she guided Summit through the merger with Great Wisconsin Credit Union. Today, Halvorson oversees Summit's marketing, training and internet services departments as well as the contact center and 20-branch network.
Advance Financial Federal Credit Union, Schererville, Ind., promoted Yvette Williams to the position of lending service representative at its East Chicago branch. Williams first joined the credit union's staff as a full-time teller in June 2006 and soon became lead teller. She oversees the day-to-day operations of AFFCU's teller department and balances the branch totals each evening.
WEST
Mountain America Credit Union, Salt Lake City, named Don Youngberg as manager of one of its Taylorsville branches. Before moving to this office, Youngberg managed the 104th South branch in South Jordan, Utah. He has 20 years of financial industry experience. Mountain America also named Carolyn Hambleton branch manager of the West Valley branch. She replaces Ken Meyers, who transferred to the Centerville branch. Hambleton has been working in the credit union industry for nearly 15 years.
Credit Union of Colorado, Denver, has announced Kamela Pancroft as the credit union's new vice president of human resources and training. In this newly formed position, Pancroft will be responsible for the implementation and overall strategic direction of the HR division. Pancroft has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Before joining the Credit Union of Colorado team, she was the director of human resources at IHS in Englewood, Colo. Prior to that position, she was vice president of human resources at Aurora Loan Services and director of human resources at ING.
Premier Members Federal Credit Union, Boulder, Colo., announced the promotion of Iain McHenry to the position of director of collections. McHenry has worked for Premier Members for five years. He began as a teller and progressed to a collections specialist during his tenure. As director, McHenry oversees the day-to-day operations of the department and manages a team of four staff members.
