Seattle-based Prime Alliance Solutions has teamed with the $13 billion Pentagon Federal Credit Union to form Prime Alliance Title LLC, a credit union-owned mortgage title insurance company.
The new title company began operations in early July and is fully operational in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Florida and Colorado.
"Closer industry cooperation is the key to our long-term success. While relationships with third parties will always be important, self-reliance, is an extremely important strategy," said Frank Pollack, Pentagon FCU president/CEO.
