Community First Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla. has named Carla Romano manager of the San Pablo branch. Romano has served as the assistant branch manager there since July 2008. As branch manager, Romano is responsible for all of the daily branch operations, including lending, business accounts, staffing and relationships with local schools and businesses. Romano previously served as assistant branch manager and interim branch manager at Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union for more than six years. Prior to her credit union career, she was business director for Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson in Stuart, Fla., for eight years. She also worked as an operations manager for Barnett Bank.

Redstone Federal Credit Union, Huntsville, Ala., announced that John N. Cook and Neil A. Carville have joined the business retail department. As assistant vice president, business services, Cook has oversight of business lending and the retail marketing of business deposit accounts.
