Five credit unions, including the nation's first federal credit union, are converting from competitive core processing platforms to Fiserv, the company said.
Morris Sheppard Texarkana FCU, holder of Federal Credit Union Charter No. 1, will be using the CubicsPlus platform, Fiserv said. The $7.1 million Texas credit union currently is a FedComp customer, according to its 5300 Call Report.
The other signees include $101 million Seasons FCU of Middletown, Conn., which will be deploying the Portico platform. It currently is running on Symitar's Episys solution, according to its 5300 Call Report.

Also converting to the Portico solution are $62 million Ashtabula County School Employees CU in Ohio, currently an R.C. Olmstead client, and $42 million United Police FCU in Miami, Fla., currently an Open Solutions client.
The fifth signee is $51 million Eastern New York in Napanoch, which is converting to the Galaxy system, Fiserv said. It currently is a Computer Marketing Corp. (CMC) client, according to its 5300 Call Report.
