The U.S. Senate may soon get some comic relief.

The Minnesota Supreme Court today unanimously ruled that Democratic Farm Labor Party Candidate and former comedian Al Franken had won that state's U.S. Senate election last November against incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.).

Shortly after the decision was announced, Coleman conceded and said he would not appeal the decision in federal court.
