BOSTON -- CUNA President/CEO Dan Mica said President Obama is"hyperactive" and the pace of legislative and regulatory activitywill be quite fast for some time.


He told attendees at the America's Credit Union Conference and Expothat CUNA's representatives have testified on Capitol Hill sixtimes so far this year, compared with about once per year duringthe past few years.

He also said Obama's decision to keep NCUA separate will helpcredit unions but the agency is still unpredictable.
