Teachers Federal Credit Union
, Farmingville, N.Y., announced that Jennifer Gunn has been named community development and public relations manager. In this position, Gunn is involved with financial education presentations for students in elementary, middle and high schools and colleges in the Suffolk County service area. Before joining TFCU, Gunn was the director of development for the United Way of Long Island and served as the community outreach coordinator for U.S. Rep. Tim Bishop.

Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union
, Lowell, Mass., announced three promotions. Jennifer Burgess was promoted to assistant treasurer/loan servicing manager. Burgess is responsible for overseeing all aspects of consumer loan servicing, from loan closing to final discharge. She has been with the credit union for seven years. Marie Hebert was promoted to assistant treasurer/loan center manager. Hebert manages all aspects of the Chelmsford loan center and assists members with their loan requirements. She has been with the credit union for 11 years. Lissette Morales was promoted to assistant treasurer/loan center manager. Morales manages the daily operation of the Lowell loan center and also assists members with their loan needs. She joined the credit union in 1998.

HarborOne Credit Union, Brockton, Mass., announced that Justin Santos has joined the credit union as branch officer of the Montello branch. Santos has more than 12 years of banking experience, having previously held positions as assistant manger and branch manager at Citizens Bank in West Roxbury and assistant banking center manager at Bank of America/Fleet in Providence.

Credit Union of Georgia
, Woodstock, Ga., made three announcements. Associate Crystal Cross was promoted to the newly created position of loss prevention specialist. Cross, who has experience in the banking and accounting industries, has worked at the credit union for more than two years in member services. In her new role, Cross will be a liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in cases of fraud and identity theft as well as handle employee security training at the credit union. Credit Union of Georgia also welcomed Ray Quinn to its senior underwriting team. As a senior underwriter, Quinn will have increased lending authority over the full range of loan products offered at the credit union. He joined the credit union team in 2004 to oversee the mortgage department and boasts more than 43 years of consumer lending experience. Teri Correll assumed the new role of vice president of risk management for the credit union. Correll's responsibilities will include overseeing and supervising the collections, quality control, collateral, compliance and loss prevention departments. Correll joined the credit union in 1999 as a teller and later advanced into several supervisory and management positions, including branch manager, assistant vice president of branches and vice president of lending.

US Federal Credit Union, Burnsville, Minn., welcomed Janelle Stockwell to the position of branch manager for the Burnsville branch location. Stockwell has spent seven years in the banking industry. Most recently, she held positions as a personal banker, assistant manager and branch manager with Associated Bank. In her new position, Stockwell will oversee branch community involvement, establish and achieve sales and service goals and build relationships to enhance the member experience. USFCU also welcomed Dansherryl Knapp to the position of information services manager. Knapp has spent many years in the financial and customer service industry. In her new position, Knapp will serve as the primary liaison for the information services department. She will also be responsible for identifying process and improvement opportunities.

Community Trust Credit Union
, Gurnee, Ill., named Jerry Wetter vice president of finance and accounting. The 18-year accounting and finance professional has held positions of increasing responsibility at Oscar Mayer Foods in Madison, Wis.; General Revenue Corp. in Cincinnati; Sallie Mae in Cincinnati; and, most recently, Rohm and Haas Chemicals Corp. in Ringwood, Ill.

Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union
, West Lafayette, Ind., announced the promotion of Nikki Gaylord to vice president of lending. Her previous role was assistant vice president of lending. Gaylord joined PEFCU in 1995 and will use her total of 18 years of lending experience to guide the mortgage and consumer lending teams.

Kinecta Federal Credit Union
, Manhattan Beach, Calif., announced that Jason Obradovich has joined the credit union in the newly created position of vice president, secondary marketing and risk analytics. His responsibilities encompass investor relations, loans originated for sale, consumer and mortgage-related loans, product development and credit analytics. Obradovich joined Kinecta from Countrywide, where he was most recently executive vice president, financial strategies, in the correspondent lending division.

Security Service Federal Credit Union
, San Antonio, announced the promotion of Shamzy Romero to manager of the credit union's newest location. Romero previously served as assistant manager at the credit union's 410/Rigsby location. In her new position, she will be responsible for the overall operation and conversion of the service center. Romero has amassed nearly six years of experience with Security Service since joining the credit union as a teller officer in 2003.
