PSCU Financial Services plans to use Akcelerant collections software to expand its collections services into a variety of product lines, the company and CUSO said.
|Florida-based PSCU said it already places about 450,000 outbound calls a month servicing delinquent credit card accounts. It said the Akcelerant Framework software will help it expand its collection portfolio later this year.
|More than 400 credit unions and banks currently use the software and services of Akcelerant, the suburban Philadelphia company said.
