To show employees that USFCU appreciates their dedication and hard work, the credit union has been surprising them by periodically celebrating days like National Popsicle Day, Strawberry Sundae Day and International Banana Day. Both the corporate office and USFCU's nine branches take part in the festivities and are provided treats ranging from ice cream, soda or chips to cat and dog treats as a way to help brighten their day.
According to USFCU Senior HR Generalist Melissa Pease, so far the employee feedback has been overwhelmingly positive with many staffers commenting how great it feels to be appreciated.
