Martin Eakes, president/CEO of Self-Help Credit Union, will speak at a June summit on how green job development and clean tech investment may help turn the economy around.

The SJF Fund and SJF Advisory Services summit titled "the new green economy and how to make it work" will feature eight CEOs from clean tech companies discussing business strategies, and more than 15 investors, economic developers, and green job leaders who will share best practices. Attendees will meet over 45 national green economy visionaries and learn strategies to tap into this growing sector, according to the summit's organizers.

Eakes, along with four others, will deliver keynote talks. The summit will also feature sessions on accessing green stimulus funds, the clean tech investment outlook and supporting green entrepreneurship.
