Ondine Irving, a long-time consultant on CU credit and debit card programs, has become an evangelist for cutting costs out of CU card programs.
"This is a very challenging time for credit unions and I want to do my part in helping credit unions reduce expenses any way possible," Irving, the founder of Card Analysis Solutions, said. "Many credit unions need to be shaving expenses, so through the cooperation of existing clients, I will be hosting one day workshops around the country from June through October at various credit unions, with the goal of slashing credit card processing invoices and increasing net income."
To increase the challenge of what can often feel like merely tedious work, Irving said she has a goal of reducing card processing expenses $1 million collectively for the attendees of these workshop. She will track progress towards her goal through the Card Analysis Solutions website at www.cardanalysissolutions.org.
